I recently had an estate appraisal completed by TYKE Appraisal in the Lincoln Park area of Chicago, and I was very impressed with the entire experience. They were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough throughout the process. The appraisal report was detailed, well organized, and delivered promptly. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and efficient. I highly recommend TYKE Appraisal to anyone in the Chicago area who needs a reliable and accurate estate appraisal.

Brad was responsive, detailed, and connected me with Tom who was just as responsive and knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to reach for any appraisal needs. These guys know what they’re doing and the communication and efficiency is added bonus.

TYKE Appraisals was amazing to work with on a private appraisal that I arranged with my aging parents for their home. Brad was courteous, knowledgeable and supportive in the scheduling process, as I had several questions to ensure we knew what to expect. Honora conducted the appraisal and was a pleasure to have in the home and sharing her knowledge with us. She made my parents feel comfortable and explained things in a manner that was easy for us to understand. The appraisal report was received timely and was thorough, clear and contained all information we were seeking in the process. Both Brad and Honora had great communication through out, and Brad called post-appraisal to ensure our satisfaction and that all needs had been met. I absolutely recommend TYKE Appraisals to anyone in the Chicago area in need of appraisal support. You cannot go wrong with this team!

Brad is extremely helpful and kind. Even when the service we needed was outside of those offered by Tyke, Brad made sure to connect us to the right people in order to get us the help we needed. Highly recommend.

Brad over at Tyke helped me and my client in a pinch for a River North condo. Being a real estate broker and someone who has had tons of appraisals done Brad has the best team I’ve found. Highly trust them and they followed thru on something that was a challenging situation. Flawless execution! Thanks Brad and Tyke!

Had an appraisal done by Tyke today in Chicago, IL. Couldn’t be more happy of my choice, being a first time homebuyer can be scary, but the team is amazing and will make you feel very comfortable through the process.
Hopefully I will need of their services in the future again!

I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience with TYKE Appraisals. Their team – Mike, Brad, Tom, Amy, Susan, and Sheila – went above and beyond to provide me with an accurate and detailed FSBO appraisal. Each member was professional, friendly, and responsive, making the entire process stress-free. They explained everything clearly and delivered the report on time, which gave me confidence in pricing and moving forward with my sale. If you’re looking for reliable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable appraisers, I highly recommend TYKE Appraisals!
